• Overall management of Digital Talent Development Program operations in Indonesia
• Management of local instructors and quality control of educational programs
• Operation of communication channels and issue reporting between headquarters and local site
• Development of local partnerships and creation of business opportunities
• Monitoring technical issues and developing improvement measures for program operations

• Indonesian nationality
• Business level English proficiency (required)
• Ability to manage and report performance based on data
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
• Problem-solving abilities and swift response capabilities

• Degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Understanding of IT/software education field
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira)
