The Talent Sourcer plays a crucial role in identifying and recruiting outstanding global talents for Elice’s global market expansion. Building on this experience, they will grow into the role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist, developing and executing more specialized talent recruitment strategies to contribute to organizational growth.

  • After a 6-month contract period, there will be an opportunity for regular employment through performance evaluation.

🔍 Major Responsibilities

  • Analyze the global recruitment market to establish and execute effective talent sourcing strategies.
  • Engage in meaningful communication with candidates based on an understanding of Elice organizational culture, cultural diversity, and the characteristics of each position to induce support.
  • Support data collection, management, and operations for building a recruitment pipeline necessary for global talent acquisition.
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies through ongoing research on the latest global recruitment trends.

✅ Qualifications

  • Proficiency in business-level Korean (or English) and other foreign languages. (TOPIK Level 2 or higher)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and respect diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
  • Ability to independently carry out tasks.

🎉 Preferred Qualifications

  • Individuals with a strong interest and practical experience in the HR field, especially in recruitment.
  • Those with experience in using recruitment or direct sourcing channels (such as LinkedIn).
  • Candidates with an HR-related degree or equivalent practical experience.

💼 Working Conditions

  • Transition to full-time regular employment after a 6-month probationary period.
  • Salary : Negotiable.
  • Working Hours : 20 to 40 hours / week (Negotiable).
  • Location : 6th floors, Sebang Building, 433, Seolleung-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea.
