Is there a specific format for the application documents?

Accepted Answer

Both the resume and portfolio can be submitted in any format. However, please make sure to include all work experience and education in your resume. For detailed work experience, please focus on your achievements and skills that you have contributed to. Lastly, we strongly recommend submitting your motivation for applying to Elice.

Question 3

Is it possible to reapply after being rejected? Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Reapplication is possible six months after receiving the final result of the recruitment process. Also, if you apply for the position that you think is the best fit for you, our People team and professionals will review and guide you to the most suitable role, so it's okay to apply for only one position.

Question 4

Can current students apply for entry-level (internship) positions?

Accepted Answer

Current students with remaining semesters can apply for the internship positions that can lead to regular employment. Please inform us about your student status during the interview and check whether it's possible to balance your remaining semesters and Elice work if you are converted to a regular employee after a three-month internship. Graduation status is not a requirement, and it's possible to work by taking a leave of absence, graduating early, or balancing work and study. However, if it's not possible, it may be difficult to proceed with the recruitment process.

Question 5

Is it possible to apply for the position of an industrial service member on active duty?

Accepted Answer

Currently, we do not have the TO position available. Therefore, we only recruit active and supplemental Industrial Service Personnel (ISPs) and Professional Research Service Personnel (PRSs).

Question 6

When can I know the results of the selection process? Will unsuccessful applicants also be notified?

Accepted Answer

We will notify you of the results, whether you pass or not, within 7 business days of each stage of the recruitment process, including document screening. However, the required time may vary slightly depending on the position. We send the results notification via email to all applicants. If the notification is delayed, it is because we are taking more careful consideration in the evaluation process. Please be patient.

Question 7

How is the mini project conducted?

Accepted Answer

The mini-project begins by sending you virtual tasks of competence that you expect to demonstrate. You will be able to perform the assignment and verify job suitability between the company and the applicant. We usually give you four days to submit, but the average time to resolve the problem is half a day to one day. Depending on your job, you may need more time, so you can discuss the start date with your recruiter.

What is the process of checking the reference?

Reference checks use a reputation inquiry service called Specter (https://www.specter.co.kr ). If you send a link to your former/current boss and colleagues who want to submit a reputation for you, those who have accepted the request will be able to complete the request immediately after self-certification on the web.

Question 9

Offices are in Seolleung, Seongsu, Daejeon, Busan, etc. Where will I work if I get accepted?

Accepted Answer

Most of Ellis's employees work in Seolleung, and if they will work in other places such as Seongsu and Busan, excluding the Seolleung office, they are notified in advance through job postings and interviews.

Question 10

Is there a probationary period?

Accepted Answer

In the case of new recruits (transitional interns), there is a period of 3 months to match each other's fit. There is no difference in work and compensation resulting from it. You can pass all of them if you quickly adapt to the technology environment and growth-oriented culture of Ellis, and you passed more than 95% of them until last year.

I am curious about the onboarding process for new hires after joining the company.

Ellis has several onboarding programs to help new team members acclimate more quickly to the Ellis way and culture. The onboarding program is prepared in various ways, from team onboarding sessions conducted in the field to culture & growth sessions conducted by the people team.
In addition, a buddy system is in operation to actively help new hires adapt to the organization more quickly.
