The Corporate Education Operations Manager communicates effectively with corporate personnel and educators to support full operation, from platform management and trainee response at the online and offline training site to achieve training goals.

Technical Operator - B2B

We plan to set up the Elice platform for training and recruit instructors, and plan campaigns to recruit trainees or event programs to encourage students to take classes.
It also analyzes and manages learning indicators through the training data of trainees.

Jr. Technical Operator - B2B

Develop strategies for overall training operations and identify trends in the education industry to acquire and disseminate the latest technologies and methodologies.

The Bootcamp Education Operations Manager is a planning/operations expert who successfully leads the learners through the journey of becoming a developer.

Technical Operator - Bootcamp

We plan and execute events to encourage the enrollment of bootcamp students.
They collect and manage performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Additionally, They directly source instructors who align with our educational goals to establish and advance our education infrastructure.

Jr. Technical Operator - Bootcamp

They manage the Junior Bootcamp Education Operations Manager and distribute tasks.
They conduct training sessions targeting education operations personnel while proceeding with team management.
They establish and achieve strategies and goals for building and maintaining a close partnership with Elice's core instructors.

Sr. Technical Operator - Bootcamp

Overseeing the operation of all educational programs being conducted by Elice, understanding the status of educational business, and researching ways to improve, such as planning for collaboration with other companies.
Planning and securing an annual budget and providing educational opportunities to promote the growth of members.

Lead Technical Operator - Bootcamp

The K12 Education/Planning Operations Manager manages tutors (college students) conducting online classes and develops a curriculum for introductory programming education. With this, they strive to increase the number of customers using the Elice School service and create a greater educational impact.

Technical Operator - K12

We source and onboard tutors who can lecture to elementary, middle, and high school students. We are responsible for managing and communicating with the tutors and designing, as well as developing, educational content.

Jr. Technical Operator - K12

We design training programs for public education teachers and instructors.
We manage the infrastructure for external teachers and continuously manage and operate a pool of talented individuals.

Sr. Technical Operator - K12

We oversee the public education teacher program while operating the teacher training course for educators. We plan and execute educational seminars and events for education authorities, school principals, and parents. Together with other members of the organization, We manage and operate infrastructure for partners (instructors, teachers) in a comprehensive manner.

We research the employment market for companies, positions, and required skills in the tech industry. We collect and provide job postings suitable for graduates while continuously operating our community. We are responsible for providing information and support for programs (events) targeting them.

Jr. Career Consultant

We periodically contact graduates of Elice Bootcamp to assess and manage their employment statuses. In this process, we take charge of operating the community and planning and carrying out events and programs to increase the employment rate.

Sr. Career Consultant

We will understand and manage the status of a career consultant's work and develop strategies to improve employment rate indicators. We will maintain close relationships with active partner companies and explore new collaboration opportunities.
