Elice is fundamentally concerned about education and classrooms in the fast-changing digital transformation (DX) era, and solves those problems with excellent technology. So far, we have successfully provided training services to more than 20 large corporations in Korea, including Samsung, LG, SK, and Hyundai Motors. In addition, we are making great contributions to fostering domestic AI/SW talent by collaborating with various government departments such as the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Ministry of Science and ICT, and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Education creates opportunities
Elice interprets the classroom as a platform. Elice's classroom is a place where various people related to education gather and interact with each other. For Elice, education targets not only those who receive education, but also those who provide education and those who operate education. Through a cycle of education, evaluation, recruitment, and returning to education, Elice creates endless opportunities.

Elice provides developer recruitment assessment, employee competency assessment, and competition services based on the data accumulated through DX/IT competency evaluation of leading domestic companies
Achieving digital transformation in industries
Digital transformation refers to building processes and infrastructure of existing businesses with digital technology. Elice is revolutionizing education by providing a digital education specialized platform (LXP) that maximizes digital competency through online education and practical exercises to leading domestic companies, primary and secondary schools, universities, and governments. Beyond the digital transformation in education, Elice now provides education and solutions for each industry using GPU infrastructure for digital transformation in all industries.

Growth packages supported by Elice
Elice class and software education enrollment support
Elice provides all classes and software education created in-house to Elice members. Members can take courses worth up to 5 million won per year for free, and the available courses for enrollment are continually updated.
MVP selection
We select one individual and one group MVP every month. MVPs are members who have worked in a way that aligns with Elice's values, and are selected through recommendations, discussions, and votes by Elice leaders. A prize is awarded to the MVPs of the month.
Welcome kit and goods with a warm welcome for new Elice members
We provide a welcome kit and goods for new Elice members to help them feel the vision and values of Elice and realize that they have become a team member with one heart.
Team/club activities
We broaden our experiences, grow outside of work, and promote team bonding through team activities. Also, members with similar hobbies gather together and increase communication with other Elice team members. Elice supports the cost required for the activities.
